Dr Richard was very personable and easy to get along with, he listened to what our questions and concerns and answered clearly and concisely. He genuinely made us feel at ease and reassured. Honestly I can't think of how he could have handled my babies care any better.

Dr Mupanemunda is an exceptional consultant that has always shown so much dedication and passion during my children’s appointments. He’s supported my little ones as micro preemies until they were in the depths of their toddlers years, throughout this time he has been consistent with the care he has provided. Dr Mupanemunda takes a kind, calm, gentle approach to my children and has always shown empathy to the issues I’ve raised. As Dr Mupanemunda is so thorough in his approach it makes you feel like your children are in good hands and they have been. He always made timely referrals and treats when required. He’s such a conscientious consultant and is so insightful and has always been willing to answer my 1001 questions. Our family are thankful for all the care that he has provided.

By far Dr Richard is a great consultant I cannot express how much care he has to all his patients If I am ever in doubt I would always reach out to him as I trust him 100% I don’t have any feedback for him as I have heard his colleagues speak highly of him and his well know across the West Midlands as one of the best doctors the nhs has
